About these terms
These terms govern your use of the LedgerBrick public marketing site at ledgerbrick.com and the linked Q3 2026 Tokenization Readiness Pilot application surface. They describe the rules of the road for the public website and the pilot application process. They are not legal advice and do not create a client, advisory, broker-dealer, fiduciary, or partnership relationship of any kind. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
What LedgerBrick is — and isn't
LedgerBrick is an operational readiness coordinator working with real estate sponsors and syndicators on tokenization-readiness workflows. LedgerBrick is not:
- A broker-dealer.
- A registered investment adviser (RIA).
- An alternative trading system (ATS), exchange, or trading venue.
- A transfer agent.
- A qualified custodian.
- An issuer of securities or the offeror of any security.
- A tokenization platform.
Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token, or other investment, and nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. References to "tokenization," "pilot," "readiness," and similar terms describe operational coordination work performed for sponsors and do not describe a security or any other regulated activity.
The readiness pilot
The Q3 2026 Tokenization Readiness Pilot is a non-binding readiness assessment. Submitting a pilot application:
- Does not guarantee selection into the pilot or any other engagement.
- Does not create a contract, retainer, or paid engagement of any kind.
- Is not an investment, deposit, subscription, or commitment of capital.
- Is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, digital asset, fund interest, or other investment.
Any future engagement between LedgerBrick and a sponsor will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information in a pilot application.
- Use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized commercial communications.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or attempt to breach its security controls, except under a separately authorized arrangement.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The LedgerBrick name, mark, lockup, palette, and the text, design, and structure of the site are owned by LedgerBrick and its licensors. You may link to public pages of the site. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the site's content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services, including the application surface hosted at
https://ledgerbrick-apply.pplx.app/. Those services have their own terms
and privacy practices. LedgerBrick is not responsible for third-party services and does
not endorse any third-party content reachable through links.
No advice; no warranty
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerBrick disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LedgerBrick does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the site is current or accurate at any given moment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerBrick and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or the pilot application process.
Changes
We may update these terms as the readiness pilot, our corporate setup, and our operations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
