About this notice
This notice describes how LedgerBrick handles information collected through the ledgerbrick.com marketing site and through the Q3 2026 Tokenization Readiness Pilot application process. This is an operational privacy notice for a pre-launch readiness pilot. It is not legal advice and does not create a client, advisory, broker-dealer, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.
What we collect
- Information you submit. If you apply for the Tokenization Readiness Pilot through the linked application surface, we receive the contact details, role, firm, asset / fund context, and free-text answers you provide. If you contact us by email, we receive the contents of your message and your email address.
- Standard server and request data. When you load this site, our static host and any front-of-site CDN may receive standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and referring URL for the purposes of serving the site, basic security, and aggregate traffic measurement.
- No advertising trackers. The public marketing site does not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To review pilot applications manually and decide whether to follow up.
- To contact you about your application, the readiness pilot, scheduling, or related operational matters.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site (for example, identifying broken links or detecting abuse).
- To meet record-keeping, compliance, and legal obligations.
We do not sell applicant information. We do not use applicant information to make credit, employment, or insurance decisions. Submitting an application does not create a client, advisory, or investment relationship and is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
Sharing
We may share information with: (1) service providers that host the site, the application form, or our internal tooling, under confidentiality obligations; (2) qualified counsel and professional advisers engaged by LedgerBrick on a need-to-know basis; and (3) any recipient required by law, regulation, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our systems. We do not share applicant submissions for marketing by third parties.
Retention
Application submissions are retained for the duration of the readiness pilot evaluation cycle and a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, audit, and legal purposes. Operational website logs are retained for a shorter period consistent with normal hosting practice.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by emailing contact@ledgerbrick.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. If you do not want us to receive any information, do not submit a pilot application or send us email.
Children
The site and the pilot are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this notice as the readiness pilot, our corporate setup, and our operations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
